Good nutrition is the bedrock of child survival, growth, and development. Well-nourished children are better able to learn, play and participate in their communities. They are also more resilient in the face of illness and crisis

Livelihood assets refer to the resource base of the community and of different categories of households. In the centre left of the diagram above we have a pentagon that stands for different types of assets available to local people – human, natural, financial, physical and social.

Youth empowerment programs are aimed at creating healthier and higher qualities of life for underprivileged or at-risk youth, alongside woman empowerment by developing programs aiming to claim women rights against offensive actions

is legally registered in Federal Government of Somalia, it closely collaborates with line ministries, project stakeholders including donors, partners, and
community leaders to provide inclusive services to communities ,to improve quality of life through interventions that build local capacity in underserved
communities Somalia. Minority Women Empowerment Agency (M.W.E.A) has responded to the emergency needs of the Somali population through integrated interventions in Health, Nutrition, and Protection & WASH as voluntarily.

WHAT WE DO ?
Minority Women Empowerment Agency (M.W.E.A) ’s capacity assured that the massive and immersive
projects were implemented and will be carried out to defeat hunger, erase under-development, uplift
undeveloped and encourage development in the all the regions we operate. Here below the thematic
areas, we work through.
EMERGENCY
We intervene country’s emergency, in form of helping and responding the current scenario, we swiftly respond through the advocacy, report releases, on the ground assessment and then the real intervention. The emergency intervention we perform are Food security, Health, protection (IDP’s, Mother and Child), Nutrition, environmental issues, Natural disaster respond, Case studies, public health awareness, restocking poor families, peace and sustainability
DEVELOPMENT
We contributed in the country’s development strategies, plans and policies. We intervene the following projects of, Youth empowerments, Women’s participation in State multiparty, Women empowerments, researches towards environment, data collection and analysis, economic development, land development, employment creation platform, entrepreneurship generation, workshops and trainings, Capacity building, education empowerment, M&E bases,
